These terms apply to your use of the IRMADU Biewer Terriers website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Not an online shop
This website does not offer e-commerce purchasing of puppies. Puppies are never sold online or on a first-come basis. Enquiries are the beginning of a conversation and a careful matching process. Any reference to a puppy on this website is informational only and does not constitute an offer to sell.
Accuracy of information
We work hard to provide accurate, helpful information about the Biewer Terrier breed, our breeding programme and our practices. However, information about puppies (including availability, litters and pairing plans) may change, and health information is general and educational. Specific details are always confirmed in conversation and in the written agreement provided to puppy families.
No geographic claims
IRMADU is based in Gauteng, South Africa. We do not have a physical premises in every province or town referenced in our locations pages. Those pages provide location-specific information for prospective families, not a claim of physical presence.
Family stories
The stories on our IRMADU Families page are representative experiences. They are not attributed to real, named individuals without consent.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee the availability of a puppy, nor does it create any obligation on either party. All placements are subject to a written agreement between IRMADU and the adopting family.
